When a call goes unanswered, it texts the caller back, records and transcribes a voicemail, writes a brief of what the customer needs, and drafts a first reply for a person to send or edit. The request lands in a pipeline with status, assignment and history.

No. It handles the calls nobody could get to, and it hands anything unclear or sensitive to a person rather than guessing. Suggested replies are drafts. A person sends them.

Links is a marketplace and platform for focused business apps. Each app solves one problem, such as sending a quote, sharing job status, getting an approval in writing, or proving work was completed. You install the ones you need and skip the rest. An app that needs shared business context, such as customers or jobs, can be authorised to reach it rather than building its own. An app that does not need it never asks.

QuoteFlow, StatusLink, ApprovalLink, JobProof, IntakeLink, CheckProof, ServiceArea, MarginGuard, TinyOrder and UpsellLink. MarginGuard is free and the rest are included during the preview. These are the first-party apps and the catalogue is built to grow beyond them.

Core is the shared foundation beneath Axivio software: identity, organisations, customers, records and permissions. It is infrastructure rather than something you buy separately, and it is why our products can share business and customer context.

Not yet. Links is being designed so independent developers can publish focused business apps and request authorised access to the Axivio Core capabilities their app needs, but that is planned direction rather than something that is open. There is no developer programme, published interface or submission process today. You can follow developer access from the Links page if you want to hear when there is something concrete.

That is no longer what Axivio leads with. We take on selective custom software development, chosen to fit the product work. If you need a marketing website or general IT consulting, we are probably not the right fit.
