When a call goes unanswered, it texts the caller back, records and transcribes a voicemail, writes a brief of what the customer needs, and drafts a first reply for a person to send or edit. The request lands in a pipeline with status, assignment and history.

XiReply is in private pilot and is not generally available for purchase. Sign up for product updates to hear when access opens more widely.

No. It handles the calls nobody could get to, and it hands anything unclear or sensitive to a person rather than guessing. Suggested replies are drafts. A person sends them.

Axivio Links is a marketplace and business platform for focused applications called Links. Businesses can add the applications they need to their workspace. Compatible Links use shared business services, with requested access explained before installation. quote. is available on paid plans; other applications are in development.

quote. is the currently available commercial Link in Axivio Links. invoice., request., record. and update. are in development and not yet available. tools. opens the corporate website’s free calculators; it does not install into your workspace.

quote. lets a business build service forms with conditional questions, optional extras and photos, and apply its own pricing rules. Share a reusable quote link or send a customer-specific request. Issue a fixed offer by email or link, record the customer’s acceptance or decline, and turn accepted work into a job.

Yes. The Axivio Links marketplace is available to browse without signing in. quote. is the currently available commercial Link. Sign in to add it, then choose a paid plan in workspace Billing. Other listed applications remain in development.

Publishing independent applications in the Links marketplace is planned, not currently open. There is no public developer submission process today. Contact Axivio with a developer inquiry; no launch date is confirmed.

Axivio Core provides shared business services behind compatible applications, including business context, permissions and supported integrations. It is not a separate subscription product. Available connections depend on the application. Unified Workspace and Unified Customer Portal are broader planned capabilities, not currently available experiences.

Yes. Axivio Tools includes 48 free calculators on the corporate website for pricing, job estimating, labor, materials, business operations and technical calculations. No account or paid subscription is required. The tools. marketplace entry opens these calculators; it is not an installable workspace Link.

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. There is no free trial. If you move from Basic to Pro, you pay a prorated charge for the rest of the current month, and Pro starts once that charge is paid. If you move from Pro to Basic, the change takes effect at your next renewal, and your team must already fit Basic's 1 business user. We do not remove teammates for you.

Open Billing in your Axivio Links workspace and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can undo the cancellation in Billing until then. Cancelling does not delete your workspace or your records.

We do not refund partial or unused months, except where the law requires it. If something has gone wrong, contact support@axiviotech.com. We may offer a refund or a credit toward future charges when it is appropriate.

If a monthly renewal payment fails, you keep access for 7 days while you update your payment method. After that, paid features pause until payment succeeds. Your records are kept.

Your workspace and records stay in your account after your subscription ends. Paid features, such as creating new quotes and the links your customers use, stop until you subscribe again. If you want your business's data deleted, the account owner can email privacy@axiviotech.com. We will verify the request and aim to complete it within 30 days. Before deletion, you can ask for an electronic copy of your business data.

Yes, with verification. Email support@axiviotech.com from the current owner's account email. The new owner needs a confirmed Axivio account and should ideally already be an admin on your team. If the current owner is unavailable, we will ask for reasonable evidence of authority before making any change.

Axivio Links is for businesses. Everyone using it must be at least 18, and the person who creates a business account confirms that they can agree to our Terms for that business. We currently serve businesses in the United States.

Email support@axiviotech.com for help with your account, billing, cancellations and refunds. Email privacy@axiviotech.com for questions about personal information and requests to access or delete your business's data. Email security@axiviotech.com to report a possible security issue, with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please include your business name and the email address you use with Axivio Links so we can find your account.

That is no longer what Axivio leads with. We take on selective custom software development, chosen to fit the product work. If you need a marketing website or general IT consulting, we are probably not the right fit.

With a conversation about the problem, not a feature list. If it is a fit, we scope a first phase small enough to be useful on its own, agree it in writing, and build from there.

Axivio Technologies develops its own software products and platforms for service businesses. The Links marketplace is available, XiReply is in private pilot, and Axivio Tools provides free online calculators. We also consider selected custom software projects.
