ReplyDesk

Lead management and communication routing for small businesses.

ReplyDesk is being built to solve a specific problem: when a potential customer calls and nobody answers, the follow-up is too slow, too inconsistent, or simply does not happen. ReplyDesk is designed to close that gap by automating the initial response and organizing every inquiry in one place.

Intended workflow

This is how ReplyDesk is being designed to handle a missed call, from the moment it goes unanswered through business follow-up.

1

Missed Call

A customer calls and nobody is available to answer.

2

Auto Response

The caller receives an immediate text acknowledging their call.

3

Info Collected

The caller shares their name, reason for calling, and how they prefer to be reached.

4

Dashboard Updated

The inquiry appears on the dashboard with full details, ready for review.

5

Follow-Up Sent

The business responds while the opportunity is still fresh.

Workflow detail

1

Missed call detection

When an inbound call goes unanswered, the system detects the event and captures the caller's phone number. This is intended to work with compatible phone systems and telephony providers.

2

Automatic text response

Within seconds of the missed call, the caller receives a text message. The message is customizable per business and is designed to let the caller know their call was received and offer a way to share more information.

3

Caller information collection

Through a guided text conversation, the system collects the caller's name, reason for calling, and preferred contact method. This happens without the business needing to be involved until the information is ready for review.

4

Dashboard organization

Each new inquiry appears on the ReplyDesk dashboard with the caller's information, conversation history, and a suggested status. Staff can review, assign, add notes, and track follow-up from a single interface.

5

Business follow-up

With the inquiry organized and the caller's preferences known, the business can follow up through the channel the caller prefers. Response templates and reminders help ensure consistent, timely follow-up.

Technical context

ReplyDesk is being developed as a web application with a supporting backend for telephony event handling and message routing. The platform is designed to work with compatible phone systems and telephony providers.

The initial version focuses on text messaging as the primary communication channel for automated responses and information collection. Voice features and additional channels may be considered in later versions.

Specific technology partners and integrations will be confirmed as the product reaches pilot readiness. No third-party integrations are currently live or confirmed for production use.

Development status and expectations

ReplyDesk is in active development. It is not commercially available and is not accepting paying customers at this time.

Axivio intends to offer ReplyDesk through a future private pilot, working with a small group of businesses to test the platform in real conditions before any broader release.

All features, capabilities, and timelines described on this page are subject to change. Nothing on this page constitutes a product commitment, service agreement, or guarantee of availability.
