links. is the workspace where a service business adds focused tools, called Links, for the work around its jobs. Axivio Links is made by Axivio Technologies LLC.

quote. is the first Link. It helps your business build quote forms with your own questions and pricing rules, send quotes your customers can accept or decline, book the work, and request deposits and payments.

Both plans include the complete quote. workflow. Plans are billed monthly and renew until you cancel, and there is no free trial. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes. Online payments from your customers are available once you connect your own Stripe account.

How Links use your data
Each Link lists the permissions it asks for, and you approve them when you add it. Turning a Link off or removing it does not delete what it created.
quote. sends emails in your business’s name: the quotes you choose to send, and automatic confirmations to your customers when they send a request, accept a quote, pay, or have an appointment booked, changed or cancelled. Replies go to your business.
Payments from your customers go through your own Stripe account, so your customers pay your business directly. Stripe may charge its own fees on those payments. Axivio does not charge a platform or transaction fee on them.
