Estimates use unrounded numbers. Displayed amounts round to cents.

What this means

This utility adds labor selling value, marked-up materials and the other cost you enter. It is a simple estimate, not a replacement for quote.

Worked example

8 labor hours at $75 give $600. $200 material cost with 25% markup gives $250. Adding $50 other cost produces a $900 subtotal.

How the math works

Labor = hours × hourly rate. Material selling price = material cost × (1 + markup/100). Subtotal = labor + material selling price + other cost.

About this estimate

No tax, discount, minimum charge, separate overhead or card fee is assumed. The labor rate is already a selling rate. Additional cost is passed through once. Actual scope and time can differ.
