Show the math
Estimates use unrounded numbers. Displayed amounts round to cents.
What this means
Multiply elapsed service time by crew size to obtain worker-hours, then apply the per-worker target and your one-time allowances.
Worked example
Half an hour with two workers is one worker-hour. At $30 per worker-hour, plus $10 travel and $5 materials, the base is $45. A 25% markup gives $56.25.
How the math works
Worker-hours = elapsed hours × crew size. Base = worker-hours × hourly target + travel + materials. Service price = base × (1 + markup/100).
About this estimate
Editable time-based example model; no mandated rate or area-production assumption. The hourly target may already include overhead. Markup applies to the entire base. No tax, minimum price or recurring-service discount is inferred.
