Estimates use unrounded numbers. Displayed amounts round to cents.

What this means

This is a customer-price estimate using your own area-based rate. It does not infer cleaning speed, labor cost, profitability, or a market price. Setup and add-ons are customer charges; the minimum sets a floor on the complete estimate.

Worked example

With an illustrative 1,000 ft² at $0.25/ft², the base is $250. Add $50 setup and $25 additional service to get $325. A $200 minimum does not change that price. If your minimum is $400 instead, the adjustment is $75 and the final estimate is $400.

How the math works

Base estimate = square feet × price per square foot. Add-on charges = setup + additional-service amount. Subtotal = base + add-on charges. Final estimate = maximum of subtotal and minimum job charge. Minimum adjustment = final − subtotal.

About this estimate

Rates and scope come from the visitor. Surface condition, accessibility, equipment, and business-specific pricing can affect the final quote. No tax, production speed, travel charge, or condition multiplier is inferred. Fixed add-ons should not repeat work already in the area rate. Blank optional charges mean zero. Defaults are illustrative.
