Estimates use unrounded numbers. Displayed amounts round to cents.

What this means

This uses a single area-based model so the price stays easy to understand. The estimate combines your area rate and fixed add-ons, then applies your minimum visit charge. It is not a confirmed quote or an estimate of cleaning time.

Worked example

At an illustrative 1,500 ft² and $0.12/ft², the base estimate is $180. Add $30 in extras for a $210 subtotal. A $150 minimum adds nothing. If your minimum is $250, the adjustment is $40 and the final estimate is $250.

How the math works

Base estimate = area in square feet × price per square foot. Subtotal = base + fixed add-ons. Final estimate = maximum of subtotal and minimum visit charge. Minimum adjustment = final − subtotal.

About this estimate

Home condition, scope, visit frequency, and local business pricing affect what is ultimately agreed. Enter a rate suitable for your own scope; no automatic deep-cleaning multiplier, production rate, frequency discount, tax, or typical market price is supplied. Optional blanks mean zero. Confirm the service scope and amount with the customer.
